Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1906 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1906 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1906 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Identity Verification
The 1906 platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of access to certain features.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 1906 platform solely for personal and lawful entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 1906 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate the platform or its outcomes

- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users

Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and 1906 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending a reasonable investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1906 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including internet banking, FPX, and digital wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the chosen payment method and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified in the user's profile. 1906 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, typically between one and three business days.
Should any suspicious transaction or unusual activity be detected, 1906 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the transaction in question pending investigation. Users will be notified of the situation via the email address registered to their account.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonus or promotion offered by 1906 is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is announced. 1906 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Users acknowledge that sports betting and online gaming involve financial risk, and 1906 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their own betting activity.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the 1906 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 1906 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 1906.
